Works great. The only drawback is that the separate sensor only works when the connection is half-connected, not fully connected.
But the product is of a high level of construction, precise, and seems to be durable and long-lasting.

I was impressed with how accurate it was out of the box - read 100.1 in boiling water with both the main probe and wired probe. Also, the readout is super-fast, with a high polling rate of temperature into the decimals. I think this is a great unit for the price.

Perfect! Item as advertised. Both probes work the same, show the same. Response is immediate, stabilizing within seconds. Solid material. Difference of the temperature measured in comparing with my most precise thermometer is only about 0,1-0,2 ° C. alarm works fine, with sound and backlight. Backlight is optional when measuring. Device turns off automatically when left on for about 10 minutes. There's spare battery included. Yes, triangle is missing, but one can use any coin to open the cover and replace the battery. Highly recommending!

Top ! A pleasant surprise. Very fast ( 3 seconds from 21 c to 65 c ) , very well built, thin measuring point. External probe specialty useful for oven.

Professional grade in my opinion ( and i cook daily ).
